My memory is all in my cellphone’s schedule. I have to set the notify ring for 40 minutes prior to the reminder, too. I don’t know if I’m safe to be left alone, but my cats tell me when it’s time to go to bed, and my alarm clock tells me when it’s time to get up. It’s a good thing that I have a scheduled routine for each day of the week, or I’d never know what day it is, {giggle}.

Are there special pans for curries, as they are are pots for Tandoori dishes?

I would be inclined towards wokery, were I to try my hand at a curry, methinks.
