Goodbye Facebook

I gave it a good try but fail to see the point of it in my life, at this time.  So I’ve removed myself from the Facebook-iverse.

This is not a reflection on any of my friends.

    It must be spreading :) I deleted my account two days ago! There was an article in the New York Times about the number of people starting to leave it now too..

    Wow! Didn’t even know you were there. I like it because I don’t get to see or talk to my friends very often and no longer keep an online journal. It’s a way to see brief snippets of what those I love are up to and give them glimpses of my goings-on.

    I only see the value in it to stay in touch with cousins who I don’t see often. After being on it for a few weeks now, it is funny to see that all of my cousins have the same sense of humor. Could this be from our Welsh grandmother?

    I certainly understand completely. We are there only to see pictures of one granddaughter who lives with her fathers in Barcelona. :) Hugs……..
