That gets done every six months along with my other blood tests. The sleep thing is my way of coping with loneliness.

Do you think you’ll have trouble sleeping tonight, John? When I take the occasional daytime nap – I find it hard to go to sleep at night till much later than usual. Then, I’m all mixed up for a couple of days.

Looks like a daylily with tiny flowers? Is it?

It’s in our front garden… an orange montbretia, with a hardy fushia behind, looks good when the sun shines but you can’t have everything!
