That makes me happy

A pack of three 3XL white t-shirts arrived in the post today, bought online at PremiumMan.Com.  Oh, the sheer luxury of a shirt that has adequate room!  My mother would have said that I’d be able to grow into it.  I’m not sure about further growth.  Recently I’ve been losing rather than gaining on the girth stakes, and on the weight, too.  And I fully intend to keep that trend going.

Meantime, it’s rather pleasant to be wearing a garment that hangs rather than clings.  I’ve never been fond of clinging.

“I can see that it’s light, airy and comfortable,” Graham said.  ”But why did you choose white?  Surely you’d be better off with something like brown or blue or grey?  You look like a portly dentist.”

“Just fancied a bit of white for a change.  When it gets grubby I’ll tie-dye it.  Used to be a dab-hand at tie-dye.”

“Well, that’ll be fun.”

Other than that it’s been a turgidly routine day, with a trip to Sainsbury’s and a side-venture to Pontardawe to deliver Graham’s mother her Mothering Sunday gifts, flowers and cards.

Dolly has been popping in and out of her cat-alley-o all day, happy and content to know that, once more, she may catch a bit of air once more.

That makes me happy, too.
