Graham’s being all stern and dedicated just now, making repairs to the shower and putting the finishing touches to the cloakroom. Not a lot of fun left over for Dolly and me.
I shall not complain, though. Dolly’s mini-catio fencing has now got to the top of the list and will be actioned before too much longer. Most days recently it’s been too cold or wet or both for a senior cat but things are improving fast and she’ll be getting impatient. It’s ok for me. I can put my weatherproof coat on and walk up to the end of the road.
Boring times, though, boring times.
trade yah.
Maybe, but somehow we like to read it.
Good to know your getting out and breathing fresh air, even if it requires donning a waterproof. That counts for a lot.
Funny in today’s sermon the word boring kept cropping up.
Perhaps, somehow, you could fashion a small waterproof and Wellies for Her Ladyship? She’d no doubt hate it, but might put up with it for the chance of a small breather and a good stalk for herself? I can just picture it. Heh!
Mary Lee, perhaps John will PhotoShop such a thing for us in his spare time as I suspect trying it live could result in substantial blood-letting.
My cat comes to the door when I let the dog out, but she runs away as soon as I walk towards her. She, too, is senior. She does not seem inclined to cross the threshold. I shall be interested to see how she behaves in the spring. I have had her only a couple of months (she is a rescue cat that was dumped outside and left to her own defenses), so I do not yet know many of her preferences. She and I are in complete agreement about the current weather: BAH!
Enjoy the boring times while they last.
